We have books for every taste in the store so we need all kinds of books. We pay the most for recent bestsellers and collectibles. Our decisions are based on condition, and books we know to be in demand.
How Trade-Credit Works
For most books, we offer “trade-credit” which can be used to buy almost any used book in the store. If you don’t spend it all in one day you can come back anytime and use it. The trade credit never expires; we have trade-credit on our books going back to 1993.
Extremely Desirable Books
For extremely desirable books we pay cash, valued competitively with other used-book stores. The amount we pay is based on dollar value, demand and/or condition.
